During my appointment, I will not manage this entity or provide services material to the production of income. Instead, I will receive only passive investment income from it. Following my resignation from the company, I may enter into a separate agreement with Beacon Capital Partners LLC, and based on the prevailing market rate, to retain my current health insurance plan as well as my group medical plan, group dental plan, group vision, group term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance program, long-term disability plan, and short- term disability plan..
