Pursuant to my partnership agreement, I was entitled to receive my final partnership payment from the firm in April 2023. This payment was received following submission of the report. At the time of filing, I also had a contingency fee interest in several cases. After filing, I forfeited my right to contingency fee interests in all cases. Pursuant to my partnership agreement, the firm will repay my capital account as follows: half will be returned June 30, 2023, and the other half will be returned June 30, 2024. I am entitled to no other payments from the firm and have no further interests in any cases pending with the firm.
