Per University policy for a leave of absence without pay, my basic life insurance coverage continues under the University's group term life insurance plan. Coverage under the vision care plan and the dental care plan also continues during a leave of absence without pay; I will receive a billing statement for these plans. I am entitled to continue my Health Plan coverage during my leave, provided I pay the employee cost of continuing this coverage. Business Travel Assistance coverage is not available during a leave of absence without pay.
