Savings and Investment Plan: I will continue to participate in the Savings and Investment Plan, a defined contribution plan. The plan sponsor has not made any further contributions after my separation. The firm has informed me that, if I were to return to Sidley Austin within five years of departure, after completing one year of service with the firm, my previously forfeited interests in the Mandatory Savings and Investment Plan would be restored to my account.
