I have no continuing relationship with the firm, with the exception of the capital account described below. The defined contribution plan mentioned in my nominee report has also been closed and its asset sold. My name has been taken out of the firm’s name as of May 1, 2021.

The funds in this account were returned to me in May 2021, with the exception of approximately $27,000 that has been retained for the purpose of state tax payments. After my share of those state tax payments are made, the remaining funds in the account will be returned to me by the end of 2022.

Before I assume the duties of my government position I will receive from the firm a pro rata share of partnership share based on the value of my contribution for services performed in 2021 through the date of my withdrawal. I will not participate in the firm profits after the date of my withdrawal. Upon my withdrawal my name will be removed from the firm's name. I cannot at this time predict the firm's name other than to confirm that my name will no longer be part of it.
