Dear Mr. Gor and Mr. Warrington,
We write you today on a very important matter as it relates to the opportunity for the incoming Trump Administration to most effectively and immediately execute the will of the People as reflected in the clear mandate provided to President Donald J. Trump in November 2024. As you well know, the changeover from one presidential administration to the next in a little more than two and half months is a massive undertaking – especially when the presidency changes hands from one party to the other. You and your team have performed admirably to put an incredibly strong team of dedicated, hard-working patriots together to staff the executive branch.
During the last several years we at Inside Biden’s Basement have studied, researched, and created a database of information for public consumption and appropriate use that may now be helpful for the Trump 47 administration to hit the ground running. Just as it is vital for the new administration to fill political appointments with individuals who will support and advance the President’s agenda, it is useful to identify any “holdovers” who remain – political appointees from the previous administration who do not vacate their positions as they are requested and expected to do. This is why we are launching a new initiative called the Pink Slip Project.
In the past, holdovers have caused much havoc and been responsible for delaying policy achievements and undermining the agenda of a new administration. For example, Obama appointee and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, while acting as interim Attorney General in the early weeks of the Trump 45 administration, took it upon herself to order the Department of Justice to not defend President Trump’s executive order restricting travel from certain terrorism-related countries. In her spare time, she helped start the ball rolling on the Russia collusion hoax. Obtaining information about political appointees who should have voluntarily left with their colleagues from the previous administration can help avoid roadblocks to the work of the new political leadership. Ensuring that every single Biden appointee has been shown the door in a timely manner will further reduce the likelihood of planned chaos and insubordination from working its way through sympathetic forces within the career civil service.
As part of our new Pink Slip Project and to help you and your team operate more efficiently in the Trump 47 administration, Inside Biden’s Basement has compiled the attached list of nearly 4,000 potential holdovers – current and former Biden administration appointees. To our knowledge, this list is unique and uniquely useful in identifying Biden administration holdovers to be offboarded in an efficient and timely manner. We hope you find it useful as a reference to ensure the will of the People is implemented to its fullest and to make sure the new administration can operate full speed ahead.
Sincerely,
Josh Whitehouse
